I am a West Contra Costa native, born at Brookside Hospital, grew up in Tara Hills, went to Kerry Hills Elementary, Pinole Jr. High and graduated from Pinole Valley High School where I excelled in football and track and was very active in school leadership and a parishioner at St. Joseph's Church. Pinole, Hercules, Rodeo, Port Costa, Crockett, San Pablo, Richmond, El Cerrito are towns that are dear to my heart-- I know West County!
