"I’ve been exploring options for car insurance and got in contact with Ele Liddicoat at State Farm. She was extremely helpful in providing information on different options for my various vehicles and a potential boat. She answered all of my questions and was so patient and friendly with me. While we were talking about my needs she mentioned that they also have life insurance and umbrella policies including an option called Medicare Supplement insurance for my parents, which I didn’t know they offered. As she was new, she connected me with Lino and Selene and they were so knowledgeable. I highly recommend talking to Ele and the team about whatever your insurance needs are. You’ll learn a lot and have a few laughs in the process."

"I woke up this morning to find out someone used my debit card. I had to call my monthly payments card holders to change my card including State Farm. I was immediately taken care of by Selene, she also told me that my family member was also affected. Selene explained I had insurance to cover the damages. I appreciate the fast response and knowing that she always has my back. I hope Selene never retires.....she always gives me good advice and helps me with all my insurance needs. Lino is the Boss and he is the Bestest too."

"Selene has been an invaluable resource to my wife and throughout our tenure with State Farm and Lino Amaral’s office. Selene really assisted my wife and I through our car accident and claims process. We were having some issues involving our insurance claim and we were having a difficult time getting someone at State Farm claims to resolve it. We were getting discouraged with no solution or action in about two weeks. We decided to contact Lino’s team at State Farm. Selene not only listened to our frustration, she took it upon herself to solve the problem by reaching out to State Farm corporate and partnering with person responsible for processing our estimate. She promised that she would update me by the end of day with an update. Would you know that at exactly 5pm, State Farm Claims contacted me to let me know that the problem that had been delaying our claims process had been solved and that they are moving forward with the claims process again. I was surprised and impressed. Not only did Selene solve a problem we had been struggling with the claims department for two weeks on, but she contacted me at the EOD like she promised. Thank you Selene for solving a problem that we were incapable of resolving. You are a an invaluable resource and we are grateful to be working with you and Lino Amaral’s office. Sincerely Craig Q"
